Very beautiful and clean resort, the staff very friendly, and the food was excellent, especially breakfast with lots of choices and very fresh and tasty food. Excellent stay with kids - the free kid's menu is excellent, and the kids club and pool were great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with kids!

Staff are friendly and will sincerely try to resolve any problems you have Free of charge use of pool table, table tennis, table football Decent breakfast spread although quite repetitive Some nice healthy salads on the menu

The pool and the beach are amazing. You can do all the beach sports like speed boat, banana boats, flying cats etc from this beach itself. They have free cycles for riding on the beach, free kids club where you can leave your kids between 9 to 6, book nanny for under 2, pool table, table tennis etc. The spa has some good packages and great technicians.

Lovely staff, customer focused and friendly. They were thoughtful to provide a sofa bed in the room free of charge to ensure we had enough space for our family to sleep. Kid-friendly hotel. Two kids can eat a 3-course meal absolutely free of charge with any paid adult main course, any time of the day. My kids enjoyed their meals. The kids club had daily activities to keep them busy. Location is good, there are a few restaurants, massage spas, money changers, grocery store within walking distance. However for sight-seeing you will need to book a cab for a day trip. The hotel has beach access to Nusa Dua beach.

Great staff. Breakfast excellent, beds excellent, the room overall very nice. Hotel is nice but doesnt offer much. The water of the inside pool is far too cold, we have not seen anyone using it in 5 days. Outside pool ok, but not too big. The whole property is rather small. View from all of the rooms in the right side is horrible.
